Qualifications
Artspace Hiawatha Program Overview
Thank you for your interest in Artspace Hiawatha, an artist preference community. We participate in a LIHTC program, which allows us to provide rent-restricted housing to our residents whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable qualifications for their household size.
The total annual household income must be at or below the following income limits depending on the number household occupants.

Commission (WSHFC), the City of Seattle, and the Department of Commerce

DEPOSIT & FEES - Payable to Artspace Hiawatha Lofts:
$300 security deposit one months rent
(depending on screening results). The remaining security deposit will be due at
the time of Move-in.
The
holding deposit ($150) will be due at the time of the application (will be
deducted from the deposit upon final approval). Please note you have 24 hrs. to
cancel your application, if you cancel after that 24 hours you understand that
you forfeit the Holding deposit.
$9 non-refundable application fee per person
(18+).
